Basic Path

01. In the feature Processes – Request startup, access the folder in the category structure where the process(es) that you want to define as favorite is(are).

02. Click the Favorite icon located on the right side of the process name.

03. A message will be displayed, informing the document has been added to the list of favorite documents.

04. Thus it will be possible to access the favorite processes from the feature Favorites -> 'Favorite Processes' in the platform main menu.

05. A list with the favorite processes will be displayed to the user.

Speaking of Favorite processes

The addition of favorite process can be done through the menu 'Processes –> Start Requests'.

The documents and processes selected as Favorite are displayed in the "Favorites" area of the platform.
