Parameter Configuration

In Configurator (SIGACFG), access Environments/Registers/Parameters (CFGX017) and create parameter(s) as follow:

Access environment with FLUIG and create/configure the approval flow widget:

Procedures for Use

In Legal (SIGAJURI), access Updates / Legal / Follow-ups / Type (JURA021) and observe the following grouping was created General, Progress, Corresponding and FLUIG;
Access Updates / Legal / Follow-ups / Result (JURA017) and register or change a result to type 4 - Under Approval;
Access Follow-up routine in Updates / Legal Subjects / Follow-ups (JURA106) and add a follow-up with result registered in the previous item as Pending or Under Approval;
When the follow-up is saved, a workflow for approval analysis is generated in FLUIG.
FLUIG checks (depending on the configuration performed in the widget of approvals flow) if the workflow needs approval, if negative, the workflow is closed in FLUIG and in SIGAJURI, the follow-up is Conclude;
In case of approval, run an approval task in FLUIG.
Running the approval task, a progress is generated in SIGAJUTI with information entered in FLUIG task, using the Procedural Act of the Follow-up Type;
In SIGAJURI, in this very moment, a follow-up has its result switched to Under Approval;
In FLUIG, if more than an approval is needed, the same procedure is performed;
Upon ending all approvals in FLUIG, the follow-up is concluded in SIGAJURI;
In Follow-up routine Updates / Legal Subjects / Follow-ups (JURA106) when the result of a follow-up is changed from Pending or Under Approval to Concluded, a NZK table (Follow-Up Tasks) is queried to check whether there is any task to be run in the follow-up conclusion.
This item is used by requirement DT_PCREQ-3710_Provision_Audit to approve values of provision and closing of process.
