01. OVERVIEW
The opening balances of the cash flow by nature query (FINC022) show the closing balances of the previous period for the selected bank(s).
The Bank Balance can be considered as Normal, Reconciled, or Not Reconciled. According to the combo:
In order to demonstrate the Initial Balances, the option "Consider Bank Balances" and the "Type of Balance" must be selected.
In the first period of the query, the same balance value will be presented in the Expected and Performed columns.
If you select the "Consider Bank Balances" option but do not select one or more banks on the Bank Selection screen, the Initial Balances row will not have a value shown in any of the periods presented in the query.
Important
The selection of banks will only have an impact on the values presented in the first period of the query. The other periods are always shown with values considering the expected and performed transactions of all natures entered in the routine filter regardless of the bank used in the execution of the transactions.
02. EXAMPLE OF USE
With bank selection:
On 08/11, the Balance of the selected Banks was BRL 5000.00 (Positive), so the first period shown will have this value entered in the columns Expected and Performed. The other periods are presented according to the transactions presented in the rows shown by nature.
Without bank selection:
