This routine allows to make the Loss Reason Register, making reference to the Operational Break, registering possible reasons that may take place on this break. Below are some examples of Loss Reason:

• Accident by Client;
• Accident by employee;
• Inadequate transport;
• Nature agents.

Requirements

 In Branch Group , register the new group of branches.

Procedures

To Register One or More Loss Reasons

1. In Loss Reason Register, click Add, to register one or more Loss Reasons and fill out the following mandatory fields:

- Code: Enter the code of loss reason.

- Loss Reason Description: Enter the description of loss reason.

2. Click in Confirm.
