This routine aims at cleaning data tables. It treats records already met/closed and that are within a limit date for cleanup, according to what was entered by the user.

The following tables are considered for debugging:

• Purchase Request (SC1)
• Request to Warehouse (SCP) 
• Partnership Contract (SC3)
• Purchase Orders or Delivery Authorization (SC7)
• Quotations (SC8 and SCE)
• Inflow Invoices (SF1 and SD1): it deletes invoices within the period requested (header and items).

Before performing the monthly cleanup, the routine  generates backup files with data to be deleted. Names of files are suggested, considering:

• The second and third position of file Alias.
• Company Code
• Processing Day (base date)
• Processing Month (base date)

Files are generated with the extension .AMT.

Example:

If file SC7 of company 07 is cleaned on 10/09/04, the name suggested for the file is C7070910.AMT.

The name of file can be changed, if necessary.
