Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base enables attaching files of different formats in order to expand the corresponding register.

For example, in the Employees Register, you can attach employees' reference letters, spreadsheets, certificates, etc.

Procedures

Adding a Knowledge Base:

1. Click Knowledge.

The system displays a screen subdivided into two sides.

2. The information of the attached file is on the left side, with the following fields:
Entity - it displays the name of the table corresponding to the routine in execution.

For example:

In the Employees Register, the Entity is Employees (name of SRA table, which registers data of Employees Register).

Identification - it presents the positioned register, to which the registered knowledge base refers to.

In this area, the following options are also available, enabling you to view the attached file:

3. The names of the files attached to the selected knowledge base are also listed on the left panel.
Object - it displays the name of the attached file.
Description - it displays the name of the attached file without the corresponding extension.
Preview - it displays the view status of the file.
Alias WT/Recno WT - system internal control fields, whose content  cannot be modified.
4. On the right side of the screen, a sample of the selected file is displayed.
