Medical Record Events

This routine registers the information related to people's medical records, whether they are employees, dependents or a job-seeker.

All system information related to occupational health or assistance are associated to the medical record. So, the doctor has access to information and can update them about the health programs that the employee participates, which restrictions he/she has, diseases he/she had or has, which examinations have been performed or the programs for the employee.

Tip:

You can identify the position of the medical certificate issuer and print the exit authorization when entering the field Medical Certificate Type, the content Exit Authorization.

Prior History

The Prior History option, available in Medical Records, Record Events and Medical Diagnosis, allows the query of prior information regarding the medical record of the Employee when transferred from a branch. All employee health data belong in the medical record: Medical Form, Employee Exams, Employee Health Plan, Medical Certificate, Certificate (ASO), Medical Diagnosis, Employee Questionnaire, Nursing Care, Employee Vaccines, Medications, Restrictions and Illnesses.

In each folder, the options View, Print Register and Medical Record Listing of Records are displayed. In the Exam folder, you can query the examination results and, in Medical Diagnosis you can view the medications used.

Important:

The option to view the prior history becomes available when the MV_NG2TRAN parameter is disabled, indicating the medical record data are not directly transferred. When you enable it, the query is not displayed because the medical form data are transferred; thus, a message is displayed emphasizing that the MV_NG2TRAN parameter is probably disabled.

When you transfer only the medical form through the Tranfer From Branch routine, the query is displayed.

Important:

In the option Vaccines, in Related Features, you can query the employees registered vaccines.

This option displays the same data of Employee Vaccines routine.

Procedures

Adding a Health Program:

1. In the window Medical Record Event, select the Medical Record and click Health Program.

The parameter window is displayed.

2. Select Add.
3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
4. Check the data and confirm inclusion.
