Enter Counter

Update of asset counter is performed. If asset selected is main asset of structure, all children controlled by counter are updated. Accumulation fields, date, variation/day are updated. Each information of counter confirmed generates register of counter report of STP file - Follow-up Service Order on follow-up plan number 000000.

Important:

• Parameter MV_NGOSAES checks service orders for assets type child of assets structure in which counter was reported.
• Parameter MV_NGVEROS purpose is to issue alert message when System identifies open service orders for the same Asset, Service and Sequence to counter.

Procedures

To enter counter:

1. In window Enter Counter, select asset and then Enter.

System displays add window and you can use F12 to enter information.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instruction.
3. Check data and confirm adding.
