It defines how the system calculates the absences in the calculation of monthly results, as follows:

.T. (Detailed): It calculates the monthly result in a daily basis, that is, the result of absences is through daily events.

.F. (Summarized): It accrues in a single record, the total absences of the month.

This parameter is related to the calculation of absences for calculation of vacation days. Further details, refer to routine Vacation Calculation.

It determines whether to generate waiver hours in the associated event, subtracting them from calculated hours when the waiver reason do not waive them and has a specified event.

It allows adding random minutes upon return from break, checking break duration. That is, the difference between break return and its start cannot be lower than its duration.
