Position of Trust

 

CLT (Art.62) determines a compensation of the minimum of 40% plus the effective position for employees in the position of trust (management) - substitutes the employer, that is, although not the owner of the company or business, this employee has a power differentiating him or her from others, as he or she can act as the employer (hires, discipline, salary etc).

In the system, the position of trust additional is calculated by applying the percentage indicated in the Employee Register on the salary register.
