Group of Approvers
This routine enables registration of group of approvers for contingence that are responsible for approval of contingence balances by blockage type.
Procedures
In order to register group of approvers:
| 1. | In Approval groups, in the field \"Release type?,\" indicate: |
| • | Level - Users registered as release type “2=Level” may release or cancel requests of all users with their hierarchical level. Thus, by approving a contingence request, all requests regarding the same contingence for users in the same level will have their status changed to Released by another user. The same occurs for cancellation. |
| • | User - Users registered as type “1=User” can approve only their own contingences. Hence, in order for a contingence balance to be released, all users in the same level must approve the request. Nevertheless, if one of them cancels the request, all other requests for the same contingence will be automatically canceled. |
