Business Visits

In business visit, business agents can make the whole sales process, from order inclusion to invoice issue during the sales transaction.

Customer service status is displayed for the business agent to see the current customer status before starting a sales transaction.

NVIS = Not Visited
NPOS = Non-positive (or a non-sale event was added)
POSI = Positive (or an order was added)
NOTA - Indicates that a sales invoice was issued for the customer visited.

By starting a sales transaction, you can check detailed and important information about the customer in order to finish the transaction, such as: invoices issued, collected values, product return or exchange, non-sales, pre-sale orders or a make-to-order, financial information, business contact, and customer details.

After finishing the sales transaction and invoicing, this information must be sent to the back office, which is responsible for the financial control.
