Starting a Sales Transaction

By starting a sales transaction, you can check detailed information about the customer, which is important for confirmation because through it you can check:

Invoices

Invoices added for the customer. You can also add a new invoice or change and delete one as long as information has not been sent to the back office.

Collection

Enables you to register/add the payment term (cash, check, voucher, or deposit) of customer's overdue and maturing bills. Besides, you can change or delete a record as long as information has not been sent to the back office.

Return

In this option, you can add the product return and change or delete information not sent to the back office.

Exchange

Enables you to register/add the product exchange performed by the business agent. You can also change and delete information not sent to the back office.

Non-sale

In this folder, you manage the non-sale by entering why the sales transaction was not finished. This information is important for sales strategy because it enables a future analysis to improve sales.

Order

In this folder, you can add a pre-sale order or a make-to-order besides checking, changing and deleting an order issued for the customer, with the order number, issue, and payment term used.

Financial

In the financial status, you can view customer's financial information, such as: trade note balance and the one accrued in the year, date and amount of returned checks, protested bills, date of the first and last purchase, defaulting values, and number of payments made.

Contacts

Enables the business agent to register, change and delete information about the customer's business contact.

Customer Detail

Enables you to query registration data of the customer (company name, trade name, address, district, postal code, city, state, telephone number, CGC, state registration, e-mail).

Procedures

Starting a sales transaction:

1. After selecting the desired customer in the service window, click the Service menu and select Start Sales Transaction.

The service window is displayed with the selected customer.

2. In this window, you can make the sales transaction besides performing other operations by clicking the following folders:
