On-line Configuration of Standardized Entries
In option on-line configuration of standard entries, user that maintains such entry may configure it in real time of execution, thus simplifying the view of table positioning, content of variables, among other functionalities.
On-line configuration must only be used by users effectively responsible for entry configuration (responsible analyst or administrator). It must be used only during maintenance or creation of new standard entries.

Moreover, whenever there is any accounting of this SE, the system automatically opens an entry configuration screen. |
On-line configuration must be used only:
| • | By users effectively responsible for entry configuration (responsible analyst or administrator); |
| • | During maintenance or creation of new standard entries. |

Usually by the end of standard configuration entry, a question is displayed to unable the use of on-line configuration. All entry points have, by default, on-line configuration option turned off (On-line configuration = No). Several sequences of standard entries can be configured through on-line configuration, even if only a sequence of standard entry is pre-configured. Entry on-line configuration screen was subdivided into three parts, to make its maintenance easier: View panel of fields and variables - (Left side) Through this panel you can view fields and tables that are positioned and their contents at the time of accounting, what makes standard entries assembly easier. Use the available field to view a specific table or a given variable. Standard entry configuration panel - (Upper left side) In this panel you can view current configuration of standard entry, and of all its sequences, through a maintenance window in which user can change entry configuration and preview which result will be accounted. User can view fields and variable more easily through option >>, in entry configuration panel. Just place the cursor in field and cell from which you want to use field of variable, in entry configuration. Entry view panel - (Lower left side) In this panel you can preview how entries will be saved in accounting, according to configuration of standard entries. Thus, on-line configuration became efficient and simplified, comprising maintenances and inclusion of new entries. Print Accounting Entry You can print in the online accounting entry. To do so, click Related Features in the Print option.
