168a60fe-f91c-4c46-9fe6-eed37ca197ecImportant:

Companies using a ledger account for cost and expense (or vice versa), must split those accounts in one or more accounts. If you choose not to split the chart of accounts, analyze the possibility of binding various cost centers to your reference chart.

Classification of account character can be:

01-Assets Account

02-Liability Accounts

03-Net Equity

04-Income Accounts

05-Memorandum Accounts

09-Others

The classification affects directly the generation of data for Accounting SPED. If classification is not properly made, the file generated can contain errors regarding balances, assessments and statements.

For generation of books type R or B, enter which accounts are classified as summarized for SPED. This classification must be made when accounts are detailed in a different book, using the field Summ. Sped (CT1_SPEDST).
