It attributes the selected extended description in the original assets grid to the memo field that has the extended description of the new asset placed in the information typing grid.

Extended descriptions can be attributed only once as this is the control that ensures that all original descriptions are associated to the new generated assets.

To use the description of an original asset in other assets more than once, option Copy must be used.

It deletes the extended description of the selected asset in the grid of original assets in the grid of the memo field that has the extended description of the new asset in the information typing grid.

It copies the extended description of the selected asset in the grid of original assets to the memo field that has the extended description of a new asset in the information typing grid.

It enables the text of the Memo field to be edited by the user. By using this option, the Not Attribute option is disabled as this routine cannot eliminate only the extended description of a determined asset after field Memo edition.

It deletes all Memo field content by removing the association to the description attribution of that positioned item.

With this option, the user can undo incoherent attributions and editions and start again the process to make the extended description of that item.
