Write-off or Transfer Request
The purpose of this routine is to start the workflow issuing a request to the person responsible for the asset. The request process is activated through parameter confluencepage-25dddde0-6422-45c2-847a-bc081fdc9508 (1 = Activated; 2 = Deactivated). When this parameter is activated normal asset write-off and transfer processes will be blocked. This routine comprises asset write-off and transfer.
Fluig
Asset write-off and transfer requests are approved by the responsible user. Requests remain pending and will be sent to Fluig through the workflow. Therefore it is necessary configure parameter confluencepage-85f1abc5-0694-4bce-a6fc-e43f220bfd07 with content in 2.
Procedures
| 1. | Access the options Request Write-off/Transfer. |
The system displays the registered write-off/transfer requests.
| 2. | Click Request Write-off or select the option Write-off in lot to write-off various items simultaneously. |
| 3. | Enter the fields according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Check and confirm data. |

How to approve/reject requests on Fluig:
| 1. | Click Task Central. |
| 2. | Click pending requests |
| 3. | In Approval select the desired option: Yes or No. |
If chosen not to be necessary enter the field reason Notes.
| 4. | Click Send. |
