Human Resources Modules
The Knowledge Base of Microsiga Protheus® is a bank containing generic information stored in files. This information/files can be in the form of pictures, texts, worksheets or any other type of file containing information relevant to the system.
This way, the Knowledge Base option is available in some routines of Human Resources modules, in order to aggregate this information/file control to these environments.
For example:
| • | In CV File it is possible to store the candidate letter of representation or letter of recommendation, as long as under any format/extension and as a file. |
The storage process and copy of files is the same as the system standard Knowledge Base, only the operation and viewing of this base is different in different Human Resources environments and routines. They are:
