Pareto Chart

Pareto Chart is used to show product non-conformances, according to its critical aspects.

Procedures

Generating a Pareto Chart:

1. In the generation window of Pareto Chart, a screen is displayed to configure parameters.

Fill out them according to field help instructions, paying special attention to the following parameters:

From Operation?/To Operation?

Enter the interval of codes of the POs to be considered when Pareto Chart is generated.

From Laboratory?/To Laboratory?

Enter the interval of laboratory code to consider the inflows inspected by them when Pareto Chart is generated.

Display Others Column?

Select Yes to consider Others Column, that indicates the existence of lower non-conformances found when Pareto Chart is generated, and to display data of Others Column in the chart. Otherwise, only higher non-conformances are considered when chart is generated.

2. By confirming parameters, a screen is displayed to select tests linked to the product you want.

Select and confirm them.

To select all tests, click the dark table of screen footer, on the left of the column that corresponds to test codes.

3. By selecting tests, a screen is displayed to select non-conformance classes linked to tests.

Select and confirm them.

To select all non-conformance classes, click the dark table of screen footer, on the left of the column that corresponds to non-conformance codes.

4. Once selected tests and non-conformance classes, the required files are selected by the system, then, Pareto Chart generated is displayed on the screen.

The chart displayed enables you to configure colors, lines, and axes displayed.

5. After generating the chart, you can print it.

Click Print to display the print screen, enabling you to indicate whether the chart is printed or not in colors.

6. Then, just configure the print by clicking the respective button when the screen of standard print configuration of Windows® is displayed , according to the print driver available in your equipment
