Accessing SFA-CRM

To use SFA-CRM (Customer Relation Management), identify the sales rep. Up to three (3) incorrect password logon attempts are allowed so that the system shuts down after third attempt.

Be sure your password is correct before accessing SFA-CRM again to enter it.

Procedures

To access SFA-CRM:

1. On application window, click SFA-CRM icon.

The user password window is displayed, informing sales rep data (sales rep name and code) and requesting password.

2. In the password field, enter sales rep's password.
3. Click Next.

The message window is displayed.

The system shall display a message requiring the sales rep to verify if any messages have been sent by back office.

4. Click Next.

The system displays main SFA-CRM window.
