Ranges
Now inform the data related to the informed range in the family associated to the selected instrument.
Procedures
To inform the ranges:
| 1. | In the inclusion of the instrument register, click on Ranges. |
A screen with range information, divided by section, is displayed:
| • | Information - it shows you the basic data of the instrument as code and family. |
| • | Last Calibration Status - it shows you update data of the instrument, that were obtained with the last calibration. It will be shown as selected and non selected. available only for consult. |
The options Approved, Conditional Approved and Failed will be selected as the last instrument report, depending on the number of calibration that were made.
| • | Safe Guard - it shows you safe guard items field selected in the instrument inclusion, being that they are, visually, shown as selected and not selected. available only for consult. |
| • | Ranges - it allows you to add or delete the range values of the family associated to the instrument that has been manipulated, besides the Standard option, to inform the standard dates associated to range. |
| 2. | In the Range option, inform the values according to the help field. |
| 3. | After fulfill the fields, check and confirm them. Or, if appropriate, click Points/Calibrators and inform the requested data. |
