The Audit Report routine compares entries/bills between Protheus modules and Management Accounting, as long as there is integration.

This report indicates differences and equivalences following the premises:

  • Documents of the module chosen that were accounted and do not have any divergence;
  • Documents of the module chosen that were accounted, but with divergences, different value or entity;
  • Documents not in the accounting, but in the module, and vice versa.



Requirements

Configure the routines Standard Entry and Chart of Accounts.



Procedure

To generate the audit report with Financials integration, add a bill receivable or payable:

  1. In Accounting Quadrature, click Parameters.
  2. Define a period and select the module, in this case Financials.
  3. Confirm it and click OK.
  4. A screen is displayed with two options:
  • Documents of Bills Payable - Bill added and accounted has a Green circle because there is no divergence between the parts.
  • Accounting Entries - There may be some divergence depending on the database. These divergences are displayed in Red if there is no entry or bill, and in Yellow if there is an entry, but with some divergence in value or in accounting entities.
  1. In Related Features, click Print.
  2. The report is generated and printed.
