Employee

This option is used to select employees for selecting schedule - this way, they can participate with external applicants of company vacancies.

This schedule option is considered as an internal selection - it relates, previously, the applicants and their vacancies and selecting process.

Once selected, employees will be classified in browse as caption, and they will also belong to Résumé registry.

Procedures

To perform the schedule using Employee option in the menu:

1.In Schedule, select Employee option.

A window to select consult is displayed, here you have to inform vacancy and selection process.

2.Inform desired codes and confirm it.

The routine explanatory screen and the parameters to configure employees selection are displayed.

3.Click Parameter to select employees to vacancies and process defined previously.

Fill in data according to the field help instructions.

4.Check information and confirm it.

The system returns to the routine description screen.

5.Confirm it to employee selection.

The system requests you to confirm parameters.

6.When you confirm it, the system performs the selection of employees that are suited to configured parameters definition, according to Employees registry, relating them at the left side of the screen.
7.Put cursor on desired employee and inform, at the right side of the screen, selection process data.
8.Inform employee schedule data and applicant, check them and confirm it.

 

Note:

When you don not inform selection date data, the employee will not have its schedule saved, because fields related to selection process will be blank.

9.Even if applicant dos not have a schedule, he/she will be related in the schedule browse, classified as: - Employee, because he had their data imported from the Employees registry to Résumé registry.

This way, if you have to delete this employee of the schedule applicant list, use Résumé to perform it.

10.If you activate Employee option and data employee is equal to data of imported employee, the system saves a Occurrences Log, relating the reason why data was not \"imported\". It also links data the coincides with Résumé registry data, importing just the employees that are not in the Résumé registry.

This way, before linking the employees selected in the screen, the system shows you the report configuration screen in order to save the log to you see it on printing.

11.Once schedule by applicant was created, it is possible to send it - by e-mail - to the applicant, using the Send E-Mail option.

 

Tip:

When schedule has no data, the e-mail will be sent to the applicant employee.
