We have created an option called Start new requests directly on the confirmation message for the creation of a request.This option makes you go back to the form to continue filling it in without having to type it all again. Larger display area in the Centralized Access
We have added pagination in the Centralized access widget, making the display area larger, allowing the display of more records.
